Increases Pennsylvania's uniform 911 surcharge from $1.65 to $2.20 per communications service or prepaid wireless device, effective February 1, 2026

Establishes annual inflation adjustments beginning January 1, 2027, tied to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

Requires the surcharge to remain unchanged if the CPI-U declines in a given year, preventing decreases to the fee

Mandates the agency publish notice of annual surcharge adjustments in the Pennsylvania Bulletin within 10 days of determination

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
