Requires all Pennsylvania schools serving grades 9-12 to provide and maintain opioid antagonists (such as Narcan/naloxone) onsite at each facility, with policy to be developed within 90 days of the act's effective date

School employees who volunteer to be designated as responsible for storing, maintaining, or administering opioid antagonists must complete biennial training during paid work hours or receive compensation for training completed outside work hours

Schools must ensure at least one trained individual is present on site during each school day to administer opioid antagonists in suspected overdose situations

School entities, officers, and employees are granted civil immunity protection when administering opioid antagonists in good faith during suspected overdose emergencies

Schools may fund compliance using federal/state/local grants, School Safety and Security Grant Program funds, Opioid Settlement Restricted Account appropriations, or opioid settlement funds from county/municipal governments
