Transfers $62,000,000 from Pennsylvania's Budget Stabilization Reserve Fund no later than November 1, 2025, to address food insecurity resulting from the loss of federal SNAP benefits

Allocates $50,000,000 to the Department of Agriculture for grants to Pennsylvania food banks to fund staffing, operations, and food purchases

Allocates $10,000,000 to the Department of Human Services for grants to organizations serving senior citizens through wellness checks, nutritional meal delivery, and addressing hunger and isolation

Allocates $2,000,000 to both departments for program administration and advertising the availability of grants and assistance

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
