Corporal Clampffer (born September 9, 1947) was a Bensalem High School graduate and volunteer firefighter who served as an infantryman with B Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry, 11th Infantry Brigade

Clampffer was injured by a booby-trapped 155 mm white phosphorous round during a combat operation near Mo Duc Airfield, Quang Ngai Province, Vietnam on May 1, 1968, and died five days later from pneumonia complications

Requires the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the bridge name in both directions

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
