Expands workers' compensation disfigurement benefits from injuries limited to "head, neck or face" to cover serious and permanent disfigurement anywhere on "the body"

Increases maximum duration of disfigurement compensation from 275 weeks to 400 weeks at 66⅔% of wages

Allows workers to collect disfigurement benefits simultaneously with total or partial disability benefits, treating them as separate and distinct

Applies to injuries where permanent disfigurement is determined on or after the effective date, regardless of when the original injury occurred

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
