Creates a special license plate for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, featuring the phrase "Autistic/Neurodivergent" at the bottom, with the Department of Transportation required to design it within 60 days of enactment

Allows applications from individuals with autism spectrum disorder or vehicle owners who frequently transport someone with autism spectrum disorder

Limits use of the special plate to passenger cars or trucks with a registered gross weight of 14,000 pounds or less

Requires applicants to pay a fee not exceeding $14 (in addition to standard registration fees) and submit a sworn statement from a licensed physician confirming the autism spectrum disorder diagnosis

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
