Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to expand school security requirements beyond the existing 2024-2025 mandate for at least one full-time trained security personnel per school entity

Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, requires at least one full-time trained school security personnel on duty in each school building during the school day, rather than just one per district

Security personnel must complete training under sections 1305-C, 1313-C(a.1), or 1314-C of the Public School Code

School entities may seek a waiver under subsection (f) to be exempt from the security personnel requirement

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
