Amends the Pennsylvania Funeral Director Law to prohibit funeral establishments from preparing food on premises in connection with funerals or body preparation services

Permits funeral establishments to provide, distribute, and allow consumption of food and beverages on premises if they comply with State and local health and sanitation requirements

Requires that food and beverages not be stored, prepared, distributed, or consumed in areas where dead human bodies are stored or prepared

Removes the previous outright ban on serving food or intoxicating beverages in funeral establishments

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
