School entities must guarantee access to school zones for all students, parents, guardians, and personnel regardless of immigration status, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Schools must adopt policies requiring enforcement officials to present valid signed judicial warrants before entry; administrative warrants or unsigned/incomplete warrants are grounds for denial of access

School personnel are prohibited from inquiring about or sharing information regarding the immigration status of students, families, or staff, with disciplinary procedures required for violations

School bus contracts must prohibit operators from sharing student information (names, addresses, bus stops, immigration status) with enforcement officials or allowing warrantless entry onto buses

Schools must provide 4 hours of annual professional development training on welcoming school policies, warrant verification, and student privacy protections, with incident reports required within 5 days of any enforcement action
