State and local law enforcement agencies prohibited from using resources to investigate, detain, or arrest persons for immigration enforcement, including honoring hold requests, responding to transfer requests, or making arrests based on civil immigration warrants

Law enforcement cannot share non-public personal information (release dates, home/work addresses) with federal immigration authorities or provide database access for immigration enforcement purposes

Transfers or detention of individuals for federal immigration authorities requires a judicial warrant issued by a federal judge or magistrate based on probable cause

Attorney General must publish model policies within 3 months limiting immigration enforcement assistance at public schools, state health facilities, courthouses, and shelters; these institutions must adopt the policies

State correctional institutions must notify the FBI at least 60 days before releasing violent crime offenders; county facilities may notify FBI of releases for inmates with prior violent crime convictions
