Amends Pennsylvania's Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act to automatically align state scheduling of synthetic psilocybin with federal law immediately upon FDA approval

Requires the Secretary of Health to notify the Legislative Reference Bureau within five business days of any DEA rescheduling of synthetic psilocybin for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin

State rescheduling takes effect 30 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin

Overrides existing state authority to independently schedule synthetic psilocybin, deferring instead to federal FDA approval, DEA regulations, and federal court orders

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
