Adds offices that provide hunting and fishing license applications to the list of government agencies required to offer voter registration services under Pennsylvania's "motor voter" system

Expands existing law that already requires voter registration access at public assistance offices, marriage license bureaus, disability services offices, and armed forces recruitment centers

Amends Title 25 (Elections) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, specifically Section 1325 regarding government agencies

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
