Prohibits the use of paraquat (CAS number 4685-14-7) as a pesticide anywhere in Pennsylvania, including any salt forms such as methyl viologen and paraquat bismethylsulfate

Amends the Pennsylvania Pesticide Control Act of 1973 by adding a new Section 27.1 on prohibited pesticides

Abrogates any existing regulations that conflict with the paraquat ban

Takes effect one year after enactment, providing a transition period for affected users
