Corporal Harold L. Gray (1915-1997) served in the U.S. Army during WWII with Company C, 25th Armored Engineers, Sixth Armored Division under General Patton, participating in the Normandy invasion and Battle of the Bulge

Gray was awarded the Silver Star, four Bronze Stars, Purple Heart with oak leaf cluster, and Presidential Unit Citation for bravery, including surviving as the sole member of his squad during a minefield clearing mission near Hillesheim, Germany

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is required to erect and maintain signs displaying the bridge name in both directions

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
