Grants the Insurance Commissioner exclusive authority to approve or contract for approval of pre-examination educational courses and programs that prepare candidates for insurance producer licensing exams

Removes insurance producer preexamination courses from oversight under the Private Licensed Schools Act of 1986 (P.L.1585, No.174)

Amends Section 602-A(a) of The Insurance Department Act of 1921 by adding this new responsibility to the commissioner's powers and duties

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
