Designates a portion of Blakely Street (State Route 6011 and PA Route 347) from Pine Street to Drinker Street in Dunmore Borough, Lackawanna County, as the "Staff Sergeant Steven R. Tudor Memorial Highway"

Staff Sergeant Tudor was a Dunmore native who enlisted in the U.S. Army after graduating from Dunmore High School in 1989 and served more than 18 years as a Transportation Non-Commissioned Officer with the 10th Mountain Division

Tudor was killed in action when his forward operating base came under indirect enemy fire while deployed overseas; he and two fellow soldiers were wounded, and Tudor later succumbed to his injuries

Military decorations included the Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, and Combat Action Badge

Department of Transportation must erect and maintain appropriate signs in both directions; act takes effect in 60 days
