Obligates school entities to post curriculum resources, course syllabi, or written summaries of their Holocaust and genocide instruction on their publicly accessible websites each school year

Requires the Department of Education to review and update curriculum guidelines, make in-service training programs available to schools, and post guidelines on its website

Defines key terms including "anti-Semitism" as hatred toward Jews expressed through rhetorical or physical manifestations, and "genocide" using criteria such as killing, causing serious harm, or forcibly transferring children of targeted national, ethnic, racial, or religious groups
