School entities must post on their public websites an Internet link or title for every textbook used, a course syllabus or written summary of each instructional course, and State academic standards for each course, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Website information must be updated within 30 business days whenever textbooks, syllabi, course descriptions, or State academic standards are revised

The chief school administrator (superintendent, executive director, or CEO depending on school type) is responsible for implementing these requirements

Requirements apply to school districts, intermediate units, area career and technical schools, charter schools, cyber charter schools, and regional charter schools

Schools are not required to violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of curriculum creators or owners; the act takes effect in 60 days
