Prohibits enforcement of non-compete agreements for broadcast employees in Pennsylvania, declaring such covenants void and contrary to public policy

Applies to employees of television stations, radio stations, cable networks, internet/satellite services, and any media transmitting news, weather, traffic, sports, or entertainment

Bars non-competes that restrict broadcast employees from moving to a new employer or working within a geographic area after leaving a job

Preserves employers' ability to enforce confidentiality agreements and trade secret protections without time or geographic limitations

Takes effect 60 days after enactment; any waiver of the prohibition is void and unenforceable
