Amends Pennsylvania's Unemployment Compensation Law to require claimants to make a "good faith effort" to obtain suitable work and prohibits actions that unreasonably discourage their own hire

Claimants become ineligible for unemployment compensation if they refuse to attend or fail to participate in job interviews without good cause, or refuse employment referrals prior to discussing job details with the employer

Claimants who unreasonably discourage their own hire will be treated as having refused an offer of work, triggering ineligibility for benefits

Department of Labor and Industry must create or update employer reporting forms within 90 days of the act's effective date to allow employers to report claimants who discourage their own hire

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
