Removes the "sunrise to sunset" daylight-only restriction for registration-exempt farm vehicles operating on public highways in Pennsylvania

Type A farm vehicles (gross weight up to 10,000 pounds) may now travel on highways at any time of day between farm locations within 50 miles or to businesses within 50 miles for agricultural commerce or vehicle repairs

Type B farm vehicles (gross weight between 10,000 and 17,000 pounds) may now travel on highways at any time between farm locations within 25 miles, businesses within 25 miles for agricultural commerce, or businesses within 50 miles for repairs

Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) Section 1302 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
