Requires the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and enforcement bureau to expunge citations issued to retail liquor licensees for violations of COVID-19 executive orders, Secretary of Health orders, or Department of Health/Human Services guidance during the Governor's Disaster Emergency (beginning March 6, 2020)

Expungements must be completed at no cost to the licensee within 30 days of the act's effective date, with notice provided to the affected licensee

Applies to holders of hotel licenses, restaurant liquor licenses, eating place retail dispenser licenses, club licenses, and catering club licenses

Covers violations of proclamations, orders, and guidance related to disease control measures, isolation, quarantine, placarding, and movement restrictions issued under various Pennsylvania health statutes and regulations

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
