Amends the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act to exempt residential decks from state building code requirements if they are no more than 30 inches above grade and attached or accessory to a residential building

Exempts accessory structures covering entranceways that are attached to residential buildings, no more than one story high, and no more than 200 square feet

Exempts patio covers as defined in Appendix I of the 2009 International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings

Makes technical formatting changes to existing exemptions for temporary structures used at fairs, festivals, and public celebrations (under 1,600 square feet, erected for less than 30 days)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
