Chief Clerks of the Senate and House of Representatives and the House comptroller must publish quarterly expense reports on a publicly accessible website

Required expense categories include per diems, travel allowances, meals and lodging, equipment inventory, district and Capitol office expenses, official expenses, special expenses, and committee miscellaneous expenses

Each expense listing must identify the member or individual, dates of incurrence/submission/payment/reimbursement, legislative purpose, and payment account

Expense data must be searchable by name, office, account, and date, with additional search formats authorized by the Senate or House Committee on Management Operations

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
