Amends Pennsylvania's Whistleblower Law (Act of December 12, 1986) to expand the definition of "public body"

Adds the judicial branch to entities covered under whistleblower protections, including the Supreme Court, Superior Court, Commonwealth Court, courts of common pleas, and minor judiciary

Employees of Pennsylvania's court system would gain protection when reporting violations or suspected violations of state, local, or federal law

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
