Requires the Department of Labor and Industry, in consultation with the Department of Community and Economic Development and Office of Administration, to conduct a comprehensive study on AI's impact on Pennsylvania's workforce and submit a report to the General Assembly within 18 months

Report must identify industries and occupations most likely to experience AI growth, analyze which demographics face expanded opportunities versus career displacement, and assess skills and education needed to work alongside AI over the next two decades

Mandates collaboration with school entities, higher education institutions, workforce training organizations, labor unions, and business stakeholders through public meetings and roundtables

Requires recommendations on methods to reskill displaced workers, expand access to workforce data, promote open-source credential sharing, and ensure AI-related training reaches rural and historically underserved populations

Act expires automatically upon transmittal of the required report and takes effect 60 days after enactment
