Establishes the Pennsylvania Purple Alert System to notify the public when a person with an intellectual disability goes missing, to be operated by the Pennsylvania State Police alongside the existing Amber Alert and Missing Endangered Person Advisory systems.

Allows law enforcement agencies to request activation when a missing individual is at risk, the disappearance is related to a physical or mental health condition, and sufficient information exists to help locate them.

Defines "intellectual disability" as significantly subaverage intellectual functioning with limitations in at least two adaptive skill areas, including communication, self-care, work, health and safety, and use of community resources.

Extends existing Good Samaritan civil immunity protections to persons who assist or attempt to assist individuals subject to a Purple Alert notice.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
