Public employers must provide employee organizations with worker contact information including names, hire dates, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, salaries, and work locations in searchable electronic format

New employee information must be transmitted within 21 business days of hire; complete bargaining unit rosters must be provided at least every 120 days

Public employers must provide meeting space quarterly for employee organizations to meet with workers, with 10 business days advance notice required for requests

Employee organizations may only use the information for representation purposes and cannot sell or share it for other purposes

Non-compliant employers may be sued in court and ordered to pay costs and reasonable attorney fees; the act takes effect in 90 days
