Establishes a Statewide stroke registry to be published on the Department of Health's website, containing data on stroke care in Pennsylvania aligned with nationally recognized stroke consensus metrics

Requires comprehensive stroke centers, thrombectomy-capable stroke centers, primary stroke centers, and acute stroke-ready hospitals to submit stroke care data biannually to the Department starting January 1, 2026, or 180 days after enactment (whichever is later)

Adds a definition for "thrombectomy-capable stroke center" as a facility designated by the Joint Commission or CMS-authorized organization

Authorizes the Department to contract with nationally recognized organizations for data collection, storage, and maintenance, and to enter reciprocal data-sharing agreements with other states

Prohibits the registry from containing confidential or personally identifiable patient information and takes effect 60 days after enactment
