Designates July 27 of each year as Korean War Veterans Armistice Day in Pennsylvania, commemorating the date the Korean War Armistice was signed in 1953

Requires the Governor to issue an annual proclamation encouraging public schools and educational institutions to observe the day with exercises recognizing Korean War contributions and sacrifices

School participation in observances is voluntary; the proclamation may not mandate participation by any public school or educational institution

Amends Title 38 (Holidays and Observances) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding Section 1307

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
