Licensed eligible organizations conducting small games of chance must accept cash as a payment method and may optionally accept debit cards

Organizations may establish their own policies on accepting checks, money orders, and debit cards, with no requirement to accept these non-cash methods

Abrogates provisions of 61 Pa. Code § 901.506 that conflict with the new payment requirements

Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act of 1988 (P.L.1262, No.156)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
