Adds a formal definition of "genetic test" to the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act, covering DNA analysis, RNA analysis, biochemical tests for gene products, and microscopic chromosome analysis

Expands genetic counselor authority to identify, order, and coordinate genetic tests (removing limitation to only "laboratory" tests and "other diagnostic studies")

Requires genetic counselors to provide written documentation to families, referring providers, and other health care professionals, and to maintain records in client medical files

Clarifies that genetic counselors cannot diagnose, manage, or treat genetic diseases or other conditions (replacing "test" with "manage" in the prohibition)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
