Insurers and government programs must provide annual notification to complex wheelchair users about their coverage for maintenance and well-visits

Department of Human Services must seek federal waivers from CMS to implement these provisions for Medicaid-eligible individuals and establish reimbursement methodology that covers all reasonably necessary costs

Both the Department of Human Services and Insurance Department must issue temporary regulations within six months and review the reimbursement methodology at least every five years with public comment
