Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency must create a publicly accessible, searchable online database of all publicly financed housing within one year of enactment, including property addresses, affordability restriction termination dates, and extension/modification information

Database must be updated annually by December 31, starting in 2026, incorporating data from local housing agencies who may voluntarily submit information by November 30 each year

Agency must submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly showing aggregate numbers of properties with affordability restrictions terminating in the current year and the following two calendar years

Covered housing includes units receiving assistance from federal programs such as Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD programs under 12 U.S.C. Chapter 13, USDA rural housing loans, and the Pennsylvania Housing Tax Credit

General Assembly may appropriate funds for database development and maintenance; act takes effect immediately upon enactment
