Defines linear generators as integrated systems using oscillators, cylinders, and electricity conversion equipment that convert linear motion directly into electricity without flame or spark

Linear generators must be dispatchable with variable power output and capable of operating on multiple fuel types, including renewable fuels such as hydrogen, ammonia, and biogas

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
