Amends the Unemployment Compensation Law to require the Department of Labor and Industry to post its annual unemployment compensation financial evaluation report on the department's public website by March 1 each year

Expands required reporting metrics to include six categories of unemployment data as percentages of the civilian labor force, including long-term unemployed (15+ weeks), job losers, discouraged workers, marginally attached workers, and those employed part-time for economic reasons

Adds statutory definitions for key labor market terms including "civilian labor force," "discouraged worker," "marginally attached worker," "job loser," and "employed part time for economic reasons"

Defines civilian labor force as all individuals 16 years or older classified as employed or unemployed, and unemployed as those who have looked for work in the last 4 weeks and are available

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
