Exempts law enforcement performing official duties, municipal officials, Pennsylvania Game Commission instructors and participants, military personnel in ceremonial duties, and attorneys with written authorization using weapons as exhibits

Requires conspicuous notice posted at all public entrances; conviction prohibited if notice was not posted unless the person had actual knowledge of the prohibition
