Amends Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law to make knowingly or recklessly creating, distributing, or publishing AI-generated content without clear disclosure an unfair or deceptive practice

Requires AI content disclosures to state the content was generated using artificial intelligence, appear when content is first presented to consumers, and be in the same medium as the content

Defines "artificial intelligence" as technology using predictive algorithms to create new content including audio, code, images, text, simulations, or videos

Establishes detailed "clear and conspicuous" disclosure standards requiring proper size, color, contrast, location, duration, and audibility so consumers can readily notice and understand the disclosure

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
