Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to ban 19 specific food additives and color additives from manufacture and commercial distribution of food products in the state

Prohibited substances include brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate, Red dye 3, Red dye 40, Yellow dyes 5 and 6, Blue dyes 1 and 2, Green dye 3, titanium dioxide, high fructose corn syrup, monosodium glutamate, and artificial trans fats

Requires companies to publicly disclose food ingredients designated as "Generally Recognized as Safe" (GRAS)

Foods containing any of the listed additives would be deemed adulterated under Pennsylvania food safety law (Section 5728)

Effective date: January 1, 2027
