Amends the Private Licensed Schools Act of 1986 to add schools or providers approved by the State Real Estate Commission or the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers to the list of entities exempt from "private licensed school" licensing requirements

Real estate education providers would join other currently exempt entities including barber schools, cosmetology schools, flight schools, private tutorial schools, employer/union training programs, and religious instruction schools

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
