Requires Pennsylvania school districts to incorporate media literacy education into the curriculum for kindergarten through grade 12, beginning the school year after the bill takes effect

Directs the Department of Education, in consultation with the State Board of Education, to develop an age-appropriate model curriculum within 12 months of the effective date

Curriculum may cover critical thinking skills, understanding how media shapes culture, identifying target-marketing and persuasion techniques, recognizing bias and misinformation, and evaluating media messages

Mandates the Department of Education to publish curriculum materials and resources on its public website and provide approved media literacy training opportunities for teacher professional development

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
