Amends Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law (Act of February 14, 2008) to expand the definition of "local agency" to include associations as defined in 68 Pa.C.S. § 5103, making these entities subject to public records disclosure requirements

Associations covered under the Uniform Planned Community Act would now be required to respond to public information requests under the same procedures as other local government entities

Existing categories of "local agency" remain unchanged: political subdivisions, intermediate units, charter schools, cyber charter schools, public trade/vocational schools, and local/regional governmental entities

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
