Grants are capped at $50,000 per homeowner and limited to households with income at 80-120% of area median income

Eligible uses include addressing habitability concerns, improving energy or water efficiency, and making accessibility modifications

Local governments may use up to 10% of grant awards for administrative expenses; the department may use up to 3% for program administration

Counties must have encumbered 75% of their Whole-Home Repairs Program allocations before becoming eligible for this program's funding
