Requires health insurance policies in Pennsylvania to cover mammograms without cost sharing for women 40 and older, and for women under 40 with a physician's recommendation

Mandates coverage without cost sharing for supplemental breast screenings (MRI or ultrasound) and diagnostic breast examinations for individuals at average risk or higher for breast cancer

Defines "average risk" as having 15% or less lifetime risk of breast cancer diagnosis, with no personal or family history, no BRCA gene mutations, no prior radiation therapy before age 30, and no dense breast tissue

Repeals the existing Section 632 of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 and replaces it with new Section 632.1 containing expanded breast imaging coverage requirements

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with coverage requirements applying to policies filed or renewed 180 days after the effective date
