Pennsylvania courts of common pleas would be prohibited from enforcing or satisfying foreign judgments against judgment creditors for any matter involving reproductive health care services

"Reproductive health care services" is defined as medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services relating to the human reproductive system, including pregnancy, contraception, or pregnancy termination provided at hospitals, clinics, physician's offices, or other medical facilities

Foreign judgments for all other matters would continue to be enforceable in Pennsylvania courts and treated the same as domestic judgments, with liens effective from the date of filing

The bill amends Section 4306(b) of Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes

Effective date: 60 days after enactment
