Amends the Construction Workplace Misclassification Act (P.L.506, No.72 of 2010) to add a new subsection regarding contractor registration

Registration under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (P.L.1645, No.132 of 2008) shall constitute prima facie evidence that an individual is an independent contractor

Creates a streamlined pathway for construction workers to establish independent contractor status by maintaining their state contractor registration

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
