Mandates the Insurance Department publish insurer reports on its public website and share data with the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs for compliance review

Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs must review insurer data for compliance with the federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) and report findings to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee and House Human Services Committee

Prohibits disclosure of any identifying information about specific insureds or plan members in all reports and data sharing between agencies

Charges all expenses for collection, review, and reporting activities to the insurers subject to the requirements, with the act taking effect immediately
