Adds United States postal workers and delivery drivers to the list of protected persons under Pennsylvania's aggravated assault statute (Section 2702)

Defines "delivery driver" as an individual or team employed or contracted primarily to make package deliveries using a vehicle operable with a standard driver's license

Covers both private and public employer delivery drivers under the enhanced protection

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
