Students identified as homeless under federal law (42 U.S.C. § 11302) are exempt from providing home address information and proof of residency requirements

Acceptable proof of residency includes lease agreements, mortgage statements, bank statements, utility or internet bills, tax bills, or insurance documents dated within three months
