Municipalities must maintain records on the location of all child-care facilities and dependent care facilities within their boundaries

Counties are required to submit annual lists of child-care and dependent care facilities to each municipality where facilities are located, beginning December 2026

Required information for each facility includes address, telephone number, floor plan, and emergency plan

Amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding section 1383.1

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
